Product returns and exchanges

Under normal circumstances, goods will not be returned or exchanged.

If the goods are damaged during transportation, customers must contact us within 7 days after receiving the goods.

Customers must provide order details and attach pictures of damaged goods. After the company verifies the damaged goods, the company will rearrange the delivery or other arrangements for replacement goods.

We do not accept returns/exchanges on certain items, including:

- The delivery period of the goods exceeds 7 days

- Goods that have been used

- Any restricted items or items marked "non-exchangeable/non-returnable"

-Items not sold on this website

The Company may change the terms and conditions without prior notice. If the replacement product does not meet our standards, the company has the final decision right to "return and replace the product".

In case of any dispute, our company will have the final decision.
